Appointment of Freelancer for Recharge Cards

1. Declaration & Conditions

I/We, the undersigned, hereby express our interest in applying for the appointment as a freelancer for the distribution and sales of recharge cards for Flash Communications Ltd.

I/We confirm that we meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, and distribution.
  • Total turnover of at least MUR 10 million (Mauritian Rupees) in the last three fiscal years combined.
  • Own a retail network comprising a minimum of 100 retail outlets spread across all regions in Mauritius.

Particulars of the Interested Freelancer / Company

2. Supporting Documents

The following documents must be submitted along with this expression of interest form:

  • Company registration certificate (if applicable).
  • Financial statements for the last three fiscal years.
  • List of retail outlets with specific locations.
  • Detailed overview of sales, marketing, and distribution experience.
  • Any other relevant supporting documents or trade references.
