Sales Representative ( télé-agent ) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders via phone, email, and in person
- Processing orders and preparing quotations/invoices
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases
- Ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, Email, Data Entry)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in English & French
